Just a little thought...
I was thinking it would be a pretty neat addition to enable you to have a 'full screen mode' whereby you are able to zoom right in on the table (making it fill the screen).
You could also have the option to completely minimize the chat area, but have the PM notification sound to alert you to any new chat.
I can't see this being overly difficult to implement, and I don't think it has been mentioned before.

But people have all sorts of different size screens, and resolutions.
I feel it would make it more user friendly rather than easier.

Excellent ideas mate.
The idea of minimising the chat area has been brought up before, albeit some time ago. It was suggested as an answer to the offputting "gg, wp" scenario before a game was finished.

I like the idea of a fullscreen mode too. I think it would go quite some way to helping increase the popularity of original.

Yeh good idea, it wouldn't work well with me though, because i have a broken screen!!!

i play original in fullscreen mode as on my screen the balls arent round unless im in fullscreen
(widescreen 1170x768 monitor,laptop)

Strangely enough, I always play full screen ('cos I'm old and can't see very well ) and the balls are almost square! - Particularly the Black for some strange reason.

I cant suit to a full screen as if the balls are too big i cant adjust.. I would simply use it as it is.... But i wouldnt mind trying it.
