I have seen on pool recently that their has been a world straight pool championship game that has been held, looks like it has been a big success, how about one on here also ?

think there was couple of weeks back, would be good if it was every other sunday night or something, I know its first sunday 9pm of the month would like same here maybe 3rd sunday or something to spread them out?

LOL I was just about to post to suggest this. However my idea was not weekly but yearly... But not just the world, why not have all the big snooker tourneys? Say like 6 a year?

Back in the day (I am an old man now) I used to play on Mplayer. They ran a tourney every 6 weeks, and if you won it you got a trophy next to your name in the lobby until the next one came up. It was quite a big deal lol.

Imagine an orig world with 60 sec shot time limits and full world length matches. Man that would be something, and I bet it would generate a ton of interest!

Agreed. I would bet if it was done by FS and people got the title for the year, including a gold forum name of something, that people would take a lot more interest.
