I quite enjoy a savoury pancake too. melted cheese and ham.

Have you tried an american style pancake, bacon and golden syrup, cook the bacon until it's realy crispy, then add the pancake mixture, add syrup after... sounds horrible, and first taste is, well different... but man it's nice
