It is Banned so they never really get reactivated but speak to fastboysam, good guy who could reactivate but at the cost of losing your original stats so would make it unbanned, you deactivate this, the original stats on the original (unfair) so he resets it as if you cheated (but haven't obviously) so it would be a new account
