Hey everyone i have asked this question before without any luck, does anyone know a browser on the mac that supports java playing this game?

Hey thanks for reaching out to help, but nothing works, downloaded all browsers, i have the most upto date java, i have added the sites game screen into the list on the java app to allow on the mac, yet still nothing

Is nick Still around? Would be great to see this site back at its best again, needs a real upgrade i guess!! Is there not a way to make it profitable enough for you to make the investment?

I use the standard windows 10 web browser and running java version 8 update 271 and mine works perfectly

I don't think i can get windows 10 browser on mac?

I'm with you sarah. I'm a Mac user but haven't been able to get on the game for ages. Done all the usual, java installed and enabled, sites listed on the exceptions list etc. the game used to work fine for me on Safari back in the good old days. If a solution comes up would be great to get back on again.

Solution - Get a program called virtualbox (or another virtual machine program of your choosing) and install a windows system on it. Then on that system install java and the funkysnooker downloadable program and you're set. There are youtube tutorials which make it easy as

Nice one Josh. It does amuse me though that MAC users frequently use dual boot or VMs to emulate Windows but I have yet to hear of a Windows user wanting to emulate a MAC OS :)

I know a fair few people that have VMs on windows machines to emulate mac and linux, probably others too. The general computer user isn't too aware of the alternatives to windows, such alternatives that may be superior to their current windows set up depending on what they want.
