funkysnooker - major upgrade

funkysnooker has been upgraded to add a whole lot more features.

Fresh look website
- New layout
- Forms are highlighted in appropriate place in case of failure
- More consistancy between different sections

User profile
- User pictures
- Age now to the year rather than in age groups
- Shows whether people are browsing on their profile page and your friend list
- Your recent results are publicly available
- Recent events added to your profile (eg high breaks)

Guest policy has changed
- Guests can now chat within friendly game rooms and can respond to PM messages (but can not initiate them).

Chat text area has been upgraded
- Links and usernames are clickable. If you click a username within the chat area it opens a private message window with the user.

Forum abilities have increased
- Quote User
- Post Images
- Edit post time has been increased to 4 hours

Rankings change
- Rankings drop all the way down to 800

Banning policy updated
- Banned users do not get 1 chance to create a new account. Users banned remain banned, and any account caught created by them will be immediately banned.

In game changes
- Various minor or very occasional animation problems fixed
- Game download size reduced by 15%
- New ignore PM option (still allows PMs from staff and friends)

Basically funkysnooker has all the tried and tested new features from funkypool.

It means a small fraction of your rank will be deducted daily if above 800 and inactive to playing rank games.
