for some random reason every now and then my window which i play snooker on will just close down and disappear and then when i try to log in again it says im already logged in and its doing my head in...can anyone help

Do you click the 'X' by accident in the corner?

Try going to, 'Options' - 'Game' - 'Confirm dialog when exiting (ie only)'

This has happened to mine twice in the last 10-15 mins!

I can see the chat window but i cant see none of the balls.....

never happened to me although sometimes i get major lag where you can't even see how the shot u played went, until all the balls on the table stopped moving.

1. Disable Sun's VM
a) On IE, select "Tools"
b) Select "Internet Options"
c) Select "Advanced"
d) Scroll down to Java (Sun)
e) Deselect the chekbox
f) Press "OK" to confirm the dialog boxes
g) Bookmark this page if necessary; then close and reopen your browser window.


This helped me alot from lagg....

This is because, although you closed the window, the server is still attempting to log you in. In other words you will still be on the server but 'not responding', this is why it says that your still in the game.

However this usually happens if your system is the cause of the lag.

As for your window randomly closing, im not too sure on this. As said above, try enabling the close dialogue option to prevent it happening again.

Do you mean the table suddenly turns black completely? This is also due to 'lag' but not in the extream sense. If this is the case, simply minimize the window and maximize it again and it should clear up a little bit. Try this also when part of the table appears in the chat box or you dont see any balls move when you hit one (yet you still hear the sound).

For me, it usually clears up after a short while, it gets annoying restoring the page over and over but there shouldn't be any reason to log out if this occurs.

(also this tends to happen if your flicking through pages a lot)

It works for me anyway, so it's worth a shot!

if you just close the window and enter game again it always clears up

Ok Farren, ill give that a go when it next happens. I don't really get much lagg so i don't know how it could be that.
