sum1 got booted for impersonating madhatter earlier, it seems like you can get booted for anything.

That is no disrespect to the moderators, but if you want people to use the site, maybe be a little more lenient?

EDIT: it may be funny, but would you want it to happen to you when you're in the middle of a tourny, as was the case with this person?

Mate i've seen tonnes worse so just ignore it, as long as it's not you on the recieving end.

i diagree.
Mods should be respected and some players are deliberately disrespectful towards them. mostly because they have more power than them and they feel intimidated.
Generally moderators keep our chat rooms at peace and they should be given credit for this. They shouldnt be "taken the p1ss out of" for doing their job.
I would rather have mods that DO boot members for wrong-doing/ disrespect than mods that just let it happen because they dont wanna be unpopular.

Ok yes we can all have a laugh with the mods but there are boundaries, such as bad language etc.

the only thing I think needs reviewing is when you have a query or a problem that you need sorting out in the short-term there is not a moderator on. I must see NO VISIBLE MODS ONLINE more times than i actually DO see them online, not their problem obviously, they're all great mods on this site.

i see nothing wrong in the issue, yes the mod could of used a few other reason like being disrespectful but or, maybe just say abusive language but obviously, this mod didn't think that they was right for the reason of booting this member, but honestly there is no wrong in that it IS swearing but, does anyone get offended by this because i certainly don't!

this is also the wrong way to express the way the mod reacted to the situation, the best thing to do was send it via contact us and get it dealt with properly if you was offended and also this is basically a shame thread the mod may feel ashamed or maybe not but, there was certainly no need to create the thread mate

It can't be a name and shame thread if the moderator wasn't revealed.

I don't see what all the fuss is about, the moderator booted the user for the reason shown!
If the reason was something like:

player_34 is booted for being a **** ******* and a total **** to me for nothing, **** to you too!

Now, maybe i took it bit too far there, but it could've been a lot worse...a big fuss over nothing.

Not for the forum, email them to contact us if you wish to complain. By displaying this on the forum you have started an arguement or so called. This was not needed and is not very nice to the people involved.
