i have a pic 23.3k, and it says too big to upload... whats going on?

any smaller and it won't exist lol

Maximum image size is 25kb, so that ain't your problem.
It's your picture format so either change it or find a new picture

na its an rgb jpeg image, no problem with it.... will change it though.
