Right click this picture as an example, click properties then copy the URL/address. Then when you come to posting and you want to post a picture, click 'image' tab and paste the URL of the picure you wish to use.
Also you can use certain websites or image hosts to add screenshots and so on.

make sure you use some sort of image hosting program, click on the link above, it should work
