When the cue ball is touching an "on" ball and you have to take a shot, you must shoot away from the touched ball, and make sure this ball doesn't move. And you are not obliged to hit another ball, considering the touched ball is already hit.

Example: your opponent plays a weak safety shot on reds, resulting in the cue ball to be touching a red ball (let's name it R1). Then you may not shoot towards R1, you must shoot away from R1, and make sure R1 won't move. Also, you are not obliged to hit another red ball (like, R2), because we consider R1 has already be hit.

its not a good idea, for the main reason people wont understand it! it may be a proper rule, but we arent playing proper snooker! this is called FUNKSNOOKER for a reason and way it is now is good and the games flow quite nicly most of the time

it would make the game fairer becuse u r not left with the decision to taje a toof pot or safety. just play away

dude if you dont like the game then dont play! find a different 1! you having all theses suggestions to make it more relistic im sure there are more relistic games availible so i reccommend you try them out!

because FUNKYSNOOKER is great the way it is! and hence the name'funky' to why it does not have all the proper rules

My opinion is that we can improve the game by adding real snooker rules, but including too complex rules would make people run away.

I'm among the players who would enjoy a full implementation of snooker rules, but it's true that we shouldn't add all of them. Or, maybe in a third game type, more complex and difficult than original snooker ?

i would like to see another game that would mirror snooker in every way. the rules would be the same and the balls would be the same gd idea blutch
