You mean like 3 cushioned billiards?

I wasn't too keen on this idea to start with. Having a minigolf game on a pool or snooker site seemed a bit out of place but i'm starting to like it. The game itself is great and challenging. And the pool theme to it makes it fit in which is why i like it.

yep, i dont really mind, in fact, if it does happen, why cant we choose if we want it 3 or 2 cushioned? Oh yeah and also Nick, i was reading that forum link you sent us, and it said about the billiard table, are you going to make it a non-pocketed table, or are you going to use the arcade/original table?

Personally I think it's great that Nick uses the Pool site to test out new stuff so that we can eventually get features like this one we have all been clamouring for: finishing a break when the opponent leaves. And if we don't have to go thru the pain of testing out the code while Nick gets it working properly, so much the better for us. Let's let Pool be the guinea pig and we get the benefits. I call that a result.

This illustrates my point nicely. Until the code is working properly, let the other site have the bugs.

Indeed funkypool has had 3 deliberate restarts this weekend related to golf compared to 100% uptime on snooker.

However in my defence all reported problems were against the new game and didn't affect pool other than the restarts!

One thing that tends to be overlooked is that despite the name, the golf is very much a billiards game.

The only perfect description i can think of is that its a "funky" pool game, so it fits just fine

I'd love to see billiards added. The game that attracted me to the genre in the first place and still my overall favourite baize game in real life. If it did come i really hope the origional snooker table (with or without pockets) were used.

i am just amazed with nick the game just keeps gettin better i think that at the moment he should keep experimenting with things like this it adds more to the game and it may attract more people to the game there might be problems but they will get sorted out keep it up nick

funkytricks with levels of different difficulty where u r snookered ect

or how about funkybreak where u have to make a break like say of 20 to get to the next level an 30 to the next ect


helps with gameplay and they are farely decent games in my opion

Not sure if golf will be coming over to snooker but i think the original snooker table and ball would make a better bases for the layout. Its more challenging and more can be added to spice it up a bit.

Nope, cant make it any clearer its just a fact LOL!

i suggest killer snooker. say 5 reds on the table, and if you pot, you keep a life. if you miss, you lose a life. but only have one shot. the game only ends when a person has no lives, therfore re-racks dont have to be agreed on, they just happen when the last ball is potted. plus you can pot any ball at any time. opinions?
