What the he11 is going on, can't you give it to someone on funkysnooker who deserves it, there is loads.

it just is not right!!! There are lots of members eligble for admin/mods on funkysnooker, i could name 20 easy! why do we have to get them from funkypool...

I honestly do feel sorry for the users on funkysnooker, there always second rate to those on pool.

Come on guys, if you wanna be a mod/admin and know you can, get your application in, stop funky pool players taking over the site!!!

Not the ideal thread, the reson why peole like Afey, and magicblack have come to snooker is to help out, both have a huge experiance within the team and are both responsable and are more than able. The team now is very good i believe but it doesnt mean we won't be taking on any snooker members, Afey has come straight into an Admin role, mainly to help myself out on the admin side of things. How different pool and snooker are is quite irrelevent in this situation as in really i feel we should be helping each other and not bickeing, and argueing about who is the better mods/admins. To be quite honest im very proud of the members here and like to see it growing, and yes we do get alot of applications, I feel at the moment we don't need AS many mods as on pool but a few more will reflect it, and one point i will be acting on soon.

I just don't wish to see people like yourself moaning about bringing pool mod's here, as it only helps the site grow and helps it to be moderated at all times

there are many players on here willing to learn and would love to be a mod, a sense of achievement for them... Won't take long to bring them up to scratch! Even you my friend started as a mod some time!!!

Give the players on this site a bite at the cherry and give them something to aim for!!! Not from funkypool, that's there responsibility...

I see new mods are being added to both sites regularly.

Its all one big family of funkyplayers after all

Edit - its also worth remembering that there have always been cross-site admin (Nick, Simon) and that snooker mods have come over to pool to help out too.

Snooker members are given the chance, infact only3 of us have come from pool Me, Afey and Magic. All the rest of the team have played on snooker, so don't go shouting that the members of snooker don't get a chance, as this clearly proves they do

When will there be an opportunity for us all to apply again? I cant remember when i last applied but it says that you have to wait 3 months before reapplying. Would it be a good idea for those of us who missed out last time to reapply now or should we wait?(sorry if this is a pointless post!!)

As for the funkypool/snooker mod changes, not so long ago there was a swap with us losing a mod to pool and then earlier this year both drunk lad and bright eyes became mods and both were regular members here!

I do agree that the moderating of the site is now better than it ever was because we have more mods online throughout the day and night however having more help can only be a good thing surely!!!

there have only been a few people transferring between pool and snooker. We do not ask anyone to go over to the other site and help out. They ask to be transferred. And most of them are members on this site as well so technically they are snooker members.

I, for example have always been an active snooker member. I transferred.
