Nero's capture facilities are very hit and miss (if thats your source).
An idea of what kind of quality issues you have (pixelation, skipped frames, sound sync etc) along with your setup will certainly help.

try a programma called DVD2ONE X I use the mac version, takes a 5 or 6 gig dvd, reduces it to no loess than 4.1 with no picture loss...
Also, try using toast 6 titanium, the burning capeabilities are a lot better than most other programmes I have used!
hope this helps...

Hey Fella,
Also have you always used Verbatim media? They are good, but I've had problems with them, I've stuck with Ritek Grade AAA or Grade "A" stuff with a GO5 Dye, basically deeper the purple (Dye) the better the end result, lighter the dye then more chance of the recording skipping or giving pixelation and not lasting too long. Also try burning at a slower speed, like 4x, personally I would burn at 1 speed or 2 max for best results.
I've never had a problem with these -> Ritek Full Face 8X Printable find them on www.rambox.co.uk £7.99 for 50 discs I swear by them!
Software; as knigntmare says is good stuff he's recommended, there are loads out there mate, its whatever works best for you.
Any probs give us a shout!
