This has come to my attention as a few Mods have the ignore function turned on. I will not name these Mods as they know who they are.

It's a friendly reminder to these people as I can't get the help I need with the function enabled. Your there to help not ignore people!

Your quite right tpc, we are here to help and if anyone pm's me when i'm online i will try to help them as soon as i can. Unfortunately there are times when i try to deal with several queries at once from different members which slows me up a little.

I'm sure if you talk to any of the other mods, they will say the same m8!!

Ye I understand and I'm sure you do a great job. The mods might have forgot they had it enabled so it's just a reminder as I've come across it a couple of times.

ye i have noticed this on 2 mods, i think like you said tpc, they have forgotten to untick them when promoted, but at times when you need them and you carnt it is a little bit annoying wehen its the only available mod.... but very nicely spotted, tbh i havent seen one with it on lately
