I have a new suggestion for tournaments.How about having ranking tournaments aswell as the current daily tournemants.These ranking tournaments will only allow people to enter a if they have the minimum ranking requirement.For example their could be different tournements that have ranking constraints such as 500-600, 601-700, 701-800, 801-900, 901+.This way people would have the urge to get their rankings up and slowly enter more tournaments of a better standard.This would prevent newbies entering tournaments with people with ranks of 900+ and getting whooped all the time as it could be unfair.These could happen once a week and make it more of a significant event compared to the daily tournaments, because ranking is affected. The ultimate accolade would be to win the 900+ tournament. And the winner of these weekly tournaments could get a big congratulations on the home page for the whole of that week.

ye could be good altho if it was an open ranked tourney then it would be the players choice wether to enter or not, if u set ranks for tourneys it gets more complicated and creates more hassle, but open ranked tournies would be gr8, bit more of an achievement and reward to win 1

I don't see why people should be seperated because of their rank, one of the fun parts of a tournament is that you don't what the quality of player you will play next is.

Especially in Original Snooker for 900+...There are only 18 people fiiting into that catergory, and I highly doubt they would all be online at the same time to be able to play in the tournament.
