the game i play as normal and its all good after a few shots my sound goise really quiet on everything even with everything turned up to 100% its still quiet.. only does this for funkysnooker nothing else dont it or a while now very strange..

What java version do you use?

This problem seems to occur on earlier versions. Mainly v1.5 standard edition. However the sound usually goes completely in some cases so unsure. Might be worth updating your java. v1.5 update 2 or later should work fine depending on your current properties.
