I was just thinking about a voting system for peoples ideas? i see them on forums all the time?

This is a recurring idea.

Polls have been vetoed in the past (as mentioned on the other threads) due to not being a reliable decision making tool compared to discussion forums.

For example, someone may suggest an idea, doesn't explain it very well, 100 people vote no, then someone else explains it better and those 100 people now think its a good idea but cant vote again.

Discussions which work up to an agreed solution are much better.

However, if you mean a simple "Spice Girls or Oasis" type poll on general chat, then why not.

I was reading all these suggestions from players. And everyone is saying if they like it and if they do not like the idea. So i was wondering if there could be an option when creating a new topic for a Yes or No vote and last like a week or something.

Give the Moderators and Admins a better look on who likes and dislikes the idea.

I mentioned this a while back, and I still like it.

It doesn't have to be Yes/No though, you could maybe ask what team people support (Just an example) and just choose what possible answers to have and choose a time limit that it goes over?
