Reset scores is not meant as a way to get perfect stats - in fact the user reset score may be removed eventually.

i hope it does get removed...i dont like people resetting their stats and i have never wanted to reset my stats

I feel very strongly that the reset stats feature should NOT reset the max rank. That way we can all see who has reset, and what rank they *really* are.

If it resets, the 900-plus player looks like he has a max rank of 700-odd, and that seems to me to be a tad unfair to the unsuspecting opponent.

If however, you see a newbie with a max rank of 945 you may become wary of playing him, perhaps.

well i say either leave the max stat when stats are reset or stop accounts being reset altogether

Either way works for me. I've never 'quite' understood why people reset anyway.
