There are specific reasons for a complaint, so that as spinner says, it make you think before you send one; is it really something to complain about? Does it fit one of these categories that are deemed "acceptable reasons for complaining"? It is a sort of sanity check for common sense.
If we add a further one; "other reason" this could open the floodgates for all kinds of spurious complaints where people just chose "other" because it was the easy option, and the sanity check benefit is lost.
Perhaps a more constructive use of this thread would be:
Are the five permitted reasons, sufficient? Are there genuine reasons for complaint that really do not fit within the five reasons given?
We could post here on this thread any suggestions for valid reasons, and if there was any degree of agreement on them, we could ask Nick to consider extending the list of five, to include a new reason or reasons. This would help people who felt the need for the extra reason, and it would keep the sanity check intact.

i agree that timewasting is wrong but when you open the window and see a game you would like to play, it clearly states the time of which that certain game room has. By going into that room and pressing the rack of balls you are agreeing to the terms of that game. No one tells you to play that game with 90 seconds.
