it is on old game where you only have 3 balls and you kinda hit one ball to hit another to pot it to get points

wow, count how many times the word carambole, or whatever, is mentioned lol. Yes I think the right place for billiards would most certainly be here on snooker, rather than on pool. But like you suggested back then spinner, I think it should be standard UK billiards, with the in-off's and what not. Wouldn't be too hard to implement either (as nick mentioned in that link), and it would need to be on the original snooker table I believe, just to make it harder lol.
