if you go on the tournament winners list you will see quite alot of winners not found i was just thinking maybe if the winner gets banned or deletes the person who got in the final should get the win any thoughts?

Well, whether they end up banned or chose to delete they still won.

As mentioned for other reasons, mainly forums, it would be better to have "Spinner (deleted user)" listed so people know who it was.

i agree wid u ste, bloody playa beat me then deleted account straight afta! wots the point? it shud b mine i think, an he was an infamous FAKE NEWB... ggggrrrrrr. makes me skin crawl... lol
