i beat a newbie player today, no offence but he was deffo a newbie and not very good but after i won him he accused me of having an aimer, i can sorta understand what he was saying but wots an aimer and how cud an aimer work on here if it wasnt made for this site??

He probably meant that you had lines coming out from your cue showing the shot when the ball would be potted! All new comers are like that when they loose he will soon get over it mate!
