My sound has gone on funky snooker when you hit the balls there is no sound.

The allow sound boxx is ticked speakers are on and turned up...

Can anyone help ?

Did it just go off automatically, but everything else makes sound? Because this happens to me and im not sure why.

double check that the 'allow sound' box is ticked in options....mine checked itself off a while ago.

Mine does that sometimes and i open msn sign in and i hear the balls getting hit then it fixes it self, strange

It has happened to me a few times, i restart my laptop and it works fine.

If you have msn or windows live messenger you will get this problem as both use java for some sound routines.

The simplified version is that once the messenger program makes a sound using java, the game applet's sound will be muted until you restart the applet.
