Point In send complaint??

....Send complaint button?

I was talking with a Mod who even said he has never received a reply of it, also I myself have not received anything, don't even say we will get around to it...

Either give mods access to look at it or get rid of the whole thing.

well it probli isnt because of ya attitude tho i dont imagine theyre gonna rush to help someone who starts a thread asking the point of the send complaint button.

Mods dont deal with it because they have no authority to take action- thats admins job.
Therefore there is no point in the mods being able to see the complaints.
These things take time and think how many complaints admin get each day. Give em a chance man

So what your saying is that moderator's should also recieve the complaints?. If so then why? that then defies to point of becoming an admin, Also i think moderators have enough to deal with as it is.

If you mean you should get a reply when you personally send a complaint I.E the progress of the action, Then no you shouldn't recieve anything, Once you have sent the complaint it is then over into the admins hands, You maybe should get a thank you email thats all.

We are able to see the complaints, We have access to every complaint that is processed by the admin, But we do not deal with them I.E recieve them or tae action on the one that is being complained about, That is the admins job. We can see them so we basicaly know who has done what etct. without going into serious details.

It seems there is some confusion over what is being said here.

If you are referring to complaints sent about members via the "send complaint" button in the game, then there are no "replies" to be sent.

Action is taken on EVERY complaint.

If you are referring to a contact sent via the "contact us" system, sometimes it may take a while to solve your problem/query, but all contacts are dealt with.

ahh well you get me drift- theres no point in mods being able to do the same stuff as admin otherwise youd all be admin

Plus.... We, as staff in general, greatly appreciate it when members are vigilant, and do use the send complaint option, becuase it allows admin to deal with it quickly and efficiently, although most of the time you will not receive a reply from a sent complaint, yet you will from a 'contact us'.

This is because when a complaint is sent, it goes directly to admin, and it is out of everyones, except their, hands.
