If a person misses 3 consecutive shots due to time out they should automatically forfeit the frame.
Thats why the games are set at individual times,
If you cant play then dont or suffer the consequences i say.
3 consecutive shots is ALOT of time.
Too much and anyone who winges is guilty of it.

The current settings, I believe, is set at 5 random shots... At which time a default win is awarded.
