Is this happening repeatedly ? If so, I advise you to do what the program tells you: send your problem by using the Contact us form.

Until the problem gets solved, maybe you can try reinstalling java on your computer.

i have had this before

to get round this i deleted java off my computer (in control panel uninstall programe)

and deleted the history (at the top right hand side of your internet screen it says tools click on that then click on delete browser history)

then i rebooted

once the computer had reboot i reinstalled java and it worked fine ( www.java.com )

Thanks lads, not sure what was wrong but i just installed the updates my computer required, restarted my computer and its working fine, but thanks anyway.

I think it would be best to also send this via 'contact us' therefore, hopefully it can be prevented in the future.

This is just another example of java crashing following a recent update.

It happens when the java version on your computer is updated while the applet is running (will happen without you knowing if you have auto-update on)

Same solution has worked for all cases so far :

go to your control panel>
add remove programs, and uninstall any versions of Java you have (there may be more than one)

Clear your browser history including downloaded program files.

Reboot.

Go to www.java.com for a new, clean, install.
