Today I had this "idiot" in my game room and he wouldn't leave..
So I asked a moderator to ask him to leave but the moderator couldn't do anything to make him leave.

I didn't want him to abuse his powers but my game got canceled which makes me really annoyed because i made the game room and i should get to decide who i want to play and who i don't want to play!

This really wrecks our fun in the game and you want us to have fun!

1. Send Complaint button should be every 10 minutes not every 30 minutes.
2. Send complaint options should be keyclick not copy/type. Why? 10 second game, you might miss your shot!
3. We should be able "select Rank" or "kick player"

If the mods/admins are set on stopping people abusing the site they shouldn't care if people abuse the send complaint button.
they have rules to stick by if they don't they get banned simple as!

Changing the complaint time is being considered, and we will let you know if there are any updates.

The reasons are designed to require concentration to ensure that the complaint is serious enough to warrant a complaint being sent. You can wait till the game is over if you wish. (and before you say "but they will keep on saying naughty words to me" - just click ignore ;-) )

The "pleeese leave my room" thing has been brought up again and again, and always come back to the same, simple answer :

If you want to be picky about who you play, then join games rather than make them.

It is just as unfair for people to join a room and the person in the room not to want to play. Surely if you didnt want to play, you wouldnt be in the room!

Regarding the rank selection, again, anything that places restrictions on players is simply detracting from the experience for many, for the benefit of few.

Again, there will be perhaps 10 to 20 people who post on this thread disagreeing with that fact, however that still leaves almost 30000 out there who ar happy as it is.

The compromise usually reached, and which may arrive, is to display the rank of te person in a room before you enter it.

This way, the picky members can pick away happily and no one else is inconvenienced.

Usually, if you create a game stating what specific rank you would like to join, users are a lot of the time respectful of that...

If there was a 'kick player' option then this could effect users 'rights' on the game, the fact that if a game is open, people are infact free to join.

May I suggest that you could find someone you would like to play, and invite them to a private game if needs be?

As for the 'send complaint' issue, admin can become extremely busy on here, and let it be known... there is never one complaint that is not dealt with! Having users send more than one every 30 minutes could indeed lead to users abusing this feature... which would in theory, delay the amount of time it would take for the more serious ones to get dealt with quickly and efficiently...

Ok Ill be nice now 2 on 1 isn't fair but OK I do see where your coming from guys and I do understand what you mean so ill just leave it there. I guess im a picky person or maybe an ignorant one.

Hey no worries mate - many people bring this up (as you might have guessed from the start of my message!)

Nothing wrong with a fresh view on well known subjects, it shows the site is growing and helps shape how things develop.

Its amazing how views and opinions change over time.

Always better to have someone voice thier opinions than sit in silence.
