When there is ten members i'll decide on three members wh i think i can trust to become moderators, then when there is 30-50 members, the people who applied 'to become a moderator' , me and the three existing moderators will decide on two - five more moderators who we think are suitable for moderating my forum.

moderating spaces gone...admin space has also gone so when there is 30-50 members, the people who applied 'to become a moderator' some of them will be chosen if we think they can be trusted
