Hey guys.

Just got a little suggestion of canceling your game instead of leaving and getting "Abandoned on your profile.
I have now got 2 abandoned games on my profile because I had to go some where in a hurry.
could it be canceled and and go onto your lose?

Just another suggestion.

would it be possible to have a mute chat button because when people chat, when I'm taking my shot it really puts me off my game plan!

also, could we some how stop the "GAME:" from saying Foul, white pocketed etc because I alway have to scroll up on the chat to see what someone has said because I had to go to the toilet

a few gd ideas but u can just ignore sum1 no need for 'mute chat'
also the cancel game idea i dont really like because it is basically the same as abandon and nobody would ever abandon

Some people will agree with me on canceling games

what if someone is aiming at a goal such as 99 Win 1 Lose 0 Abandoned etc?

It would be hard to deem to see if a player just went or weather he just had to go for other reasons.

I believe there could be a stop game feature, but then people might start abusing it.

IMO theres no "might" about it people will abuse it. And as for the cancelling game Its not funkysnookers problem if you have to leave unexpectidly and it isn't the end of the world if u have a few abandoned games on your profile. If you have future commitments then you should simply not play.

ye i agree with all points, what if the cancel button once clicked ask the opponents permission to cancel, a mutual cancel then like on yahoo pool?

A mutual cancel idea could be ok, but like you said, only if both players agree to it.

I have a feeling that this could be used to let mates help each other make large breaks though personally.

There is a "might" in everything there are some good points and some bad points about every suggestion.
Thats why its here on the forums to think about it and try to find away around the bad point of it so, please mate don't put "people will abuse it".

(because people will look at this thread and think "Hm.. He has a good point, No point in trying to help this suggestion"

Yes mate i can agree with you there but what if it was filtered?

Such as you can cancel your game only 3 times a day.

also you can not cancel on the same person and possibly your account will be inactive for 15 minutes?

Maybe, I'm sure there are a lot of things to get around it, it will have to thought about in great detail, if of course it were to be implemented.

Two things.

1. Im entitled to my own opinion
2. As long as there are rules people will abuse them there is no two ways about simply pointing out the facts.

So am I but, I didn't say you cant have your own opinion.
I'm just simply pointing out the fact, there is a way to get around it without people abusing it so there is a "Might"!

Do you agree with the fact they can't abuse it with my suggestion above?
