i think we should have to nominate a colour to try and hit because the number of times people hit a ball tht they didnt aim for when they are snookered is mad and i think it ruins a game abit because it is plain lucky. when you go on site such as www.gametwist.com you have to nominate a colour. and they have to in real life

yeah great idea still...

In essence its a good idea as it can be annoying when your opponent hits and hopes and gets away without 4 points or more being given away.

However i think it will become more annoying nominating a colour when its blatently obvious which one your going for, plus with a 10 sec shot limit, this could take up precious seconds, I just think it will take fun out of the game a little and limit the amount of high breaks.

It is also very difficult to code as the game would have to be able to determine if its a snooker before asking to nominate a colour.

yup so therefore we would have to nominate every time we're on a colour... thats what other games do and i think it takes away the simplisticness and addictiveness of the game...
