I was playing my touny match and my opponent left when i was on about 40, then i was about to pot the black for a 106 but it come up i got a bye just as i was lining it up!

Pretty harsh can nick fix this?

i agree with you here Steven lol, it had happened to me in the past and it is very annoying i hope something can also be done about it

In a tourney match, the frame finishes when more than 12 points are needed from snookers. Meaning your opponent must have been on 86 points when you got to 99 to trigger the end of frame. Thats an exceptionally high scoring game!

The system is in place to keep tournaments moving and rectify the problem people had with delaying tactics being used to cause double DQ's.

I get the sarcasm! but honestly i did go to take the black and it did come up i had a bye, and my opponent had 0 points

it just happened to me in the snooker speed tourney.
he fouled and left and i racked up a break of 16 having broke up the reds, and all looking well for a decent break it puts me through on a bye and i cant finish my break
i wouldnt mind so much but im on terrible form at the moment and could have done with the break
its a tad frustrating and just wondering if anything can be done about it to stop it happening in the future?
