I would like to say what a bloody performance by the blues tonight unbelievable effort they worked there socks of to beat fiorentina 2-0 but sadly everton lost to a unfortunate penalty shoot out normally i would be ranting and raven but everton played brilliant tonight well done blues its just experience, we will have learned a lot from this, and should of put them out we played that well we could of won 5-0 unlucky the yak and jag

Shame to see the english clubs gettin knocked out of the UEFA cup, i believe this is exaclty the pattern of the leagues of europe. In england our top 4/5 are better than any other top 4/5 in europe. However once you go below that, our lesser teams cant seem to beat the lesser teams of say italy and holland, ahh well cmon bolton prove me wrong!

guess what? i disagree also , Liverpool won't stop investing either, and lets face it, even the biggest everton fan can see that we have the better players, UEFA cup is your level.

To be honest mike i would pick 3 players out of the Liverpool squad to get in are squad!!!

And as for are level is the UEFA cup, of course it is we were fighting relegation not long back so i am delighted to see everton challenging the top 4, what am trying to say is that you lot don't deserve to be were yous are and it would mean a awful lot if everton got into the champions league, the money the players new stadium it would be a dream! we just don't get enough credit for are efforts

its Jenas- hes actually a class penalty taker- i remember when he first broke into the forest side and we played stockport in the cup- it went to penaltys and he took (i think) the fourth penalty- jus a kid never took a penalty for the first team and he stepped up and just chipped it into the top corner real slow calm as you like- one of the best penaltys i have seen- i dare ya come to the meadows and sound off about JJ being a fool
