I'm sick of people leaving once they win a game against me. Can't there be a choice when you create a game, to be able to put first to 3, 5, 10 and so on. It would work like tournament games, the first game finishes and the next game starts straight away. Although I don't know any ideas about whether the player needs to leave or not, so if you have any ideas for them please leave them. Cheers.

Yes, but if they choose to play then its their own fault if they have to leave. But there is one other way, they could request to leave and the game would finish, resulting in no win or loss.

Just to clarify, what part don't you not like about them leaving?

Is it the loss of the rank without the opponent giving you a chance to gain some back?

You have an amazing record and it's natural that some players will hit and run if they are lucky enough to beat you, because chances are you will do the same tenfold if they stick around. I think sessions are best organized amongst your mates, because it's easy to drop them from your friends list if you feel they are taking advantage by running out on you.

What wouldn't be fair though is introducing a system whereby any player leaving early would give the opponent 3 games worth of rank for example.

How about having a system, whereby you join a best of 3 match, and then all corresponding rank is given upon the completeion of all the games?

Also, if a player has to leave, then again, only the rank which has been played for is awarded/lost?

Do you mean the opponent could show heart and not take the remaining games worth of rank? If so it would be a minority of people kind enough to let people jog on.

This would not stop players leaving when they feel like it, because if you are 1-0 down you won't be penalized for leaving when the cards are not going your way?

EDIT: The best option in my opinion is to have an elephant memory and not play the person again if you feel they are taking advantage.

If they are 1-0 down, and the cards are not going their way, then they can leave, thus giving their opponent,a normal games worth of rank, but if they stay for the full 3, then the rankings would be calculated as an overall loss/win... if you get me?
