I think it would be a good idea, because once or twice I have wanted to speak to a few people but its hard when you are all on about the same subject, but at different points lol.
What does everybody else think of this?

No, because if you have somebody on ignore and you dont want to speke to them, people might add them in just to annoy you, if you need to say it to numerous people then copy and paste you lazy man

As for your points Jon...
If someone is on ignore, you can not see their chat anyway, not in PM or the main chat. What they say does not exist to you lol.
And.... The game server doesn't allow you to copy the text from any chat areas.

I know but you can copy from the chat area before you press enter

Only if you manually type it, copy + pasting in the traditional sense isn't possible.

What he means is that you can highlight and copy/paste from the text entry box before you send it.

Spot on also if you want the shortcut to copying and pasting it is :
Ctrl+C= Copy
and
Ctrl+V= Paste!

Also it saves having so many Pm's so i think this idea would work out... You could have an option to not be added to a convo?

Exactly what i meant, so thats why i dont agree with 3 way conversations, but maybe for a mod it would be more useful, i dont think as a member that we need them

Its very easy to leave the chat area then. Eitherway I think the possibilities of this scenario happening are remote.
@Simon.....(as Spinner said) just create a private room and invite all your buddies to watch. That way you have your own mini chat room.

But I agree, private rooms do just this, but what if you're in a tourny, or playing (but want to talk to others) someone else... Could be handy I suppose.

Personally i think its a great idea for the reason josh just mentioned- you cant create a room if you and 2 mates are in a tourny and wanna talk about how ya doin.
