when i try and upload my picture it comes up and sais must be .jpg etc but the thing is that it is .jpg

any suggestions

also when i try and save as jpg file it saves it as photo impact photo not quite sure why

maybe the picture is also to big, memory wise

just make sure it matches this

Maximum image size 25kb, ideal picture size is 160px height by 120px width
