I can do most of it, it's just the main spinal turn that I'm having the main problem with. Also, I'll probably end up getting questions that I don't know/understand while everyone else gets those that I know the answer to

With the spinal turn, just take a deep breath and take your time with it. Practice makes perfect m8

To be honest with you, that was what i had trouble with. But soon found it alot easier when i relaxed.
