I was thinking that when it is time to take your shot, the program should flash (like when you open Internet and you don't see it open in front of you becuase you are doing something else = then an orange colour flashes). Then you'll know when it's your shot.... the five seconf alert is god but sometimes may take a while to take your shot.

why not make a 10 second alert then

Pointless, the structure we have in place at the moment is perfect. You have a five second warning to take your shot, if that isn't enough for you then simply create a room with a time that is suitable for yourself, simple.

Sorry, I didn't see that post at first. As Ste says, if the time limit isn't enough, create a game with a time limit that suits you. You really never have to play a game where you're being rushed every shot.

i like the extended time alret suggested by ste_afctu...
or when you go to set up a game, have an extra option, length of time alert up to 10 seconds so it doesnt become misused
