Double post prevention - Its happenned to me a few times, and nearly every thread has a EDIT: double post sorry. A simple 10 seconds before you can post your next post will help this.

More BBCODE tags - BBcode tags are the bold italic underline etc. A URL button where you can say click here and the click here become the link. Would look tidier, especialy with long forum links whe directing someone to a post. it would just say click here to continue discussion

Animated Smileys - Would be nice to see the winking one actually wink. and the crying one actually crying.

Search All - As iamtheworst suggested in another post but didnt really get much attention. The option to search all the forums with one search. As some topics can be put into a few catergorys and having to search 3-4 different forums before u can post is a little frustrating.

Search all is certainly doable, since thats how it used to be before the search was broken down! For precisely the reason that it made things easier to find. I guess that one is a matter of opinion.

I cant see animated smileys being popular, for the same reason animated userpics aren't allowed.

URL's used to be in code but were made clickable for simplicity. No harm in having the option for tidyness though. Many more people are familiar with the principle now.

Except the animated smileys (for the reasons spinner reminded), I think these are pretty decent ideas.

Another idea...

Preview posts - You could have the possibility to preview your post, and modify it if needed, before actually posting it. This could be useful when messing up with tags, or when uploaded images don't work (this has already happened in the past).
