For some reason when i try to tap the white ball it seems to be coming of alot harder than I want it to (not every time just on the odd few ocasions)? never had this problem before mouse setting havnt changed or anything

I was on break of 70 just and needed to tap the black in for the red but i hit the black and the white just went about half way on power

anybody had this problem?

I personally haven't... but if you notice this happening more often, try using the alternate cue control...

While in-game, go to Options > Tick 'alternate cue control' box > close options window.

It's different for everyone's set up, so give it a go with it both on and off, and see which you prefer.

Also, you could try adjusting the speed of the cursor it's self... maybe giving you more control of how quickly you move your mouse.

Start > Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options > Drag the bar to your desired speed > Apply/OK.

Again, have a play around and see what works best for you.

a technique i use , instead of pulling the mouse back parallel with the cue try pulling it back more diagonally,experiement because it can be a lot easier to pull of tap shots.
