every body that has logged into the game server in the previous week is entered into a super torny. there is no maximum amount of players and the games will be posted on the site. then you have so many days to play as there is so many players.

i have not put much thought into it so if there are big problems im sorry guys, but its just a suggestion

First of all, this wouldn't work every single week, as you have said. Rather, it would have to start one week, and carry on for a number of weeks after. This is because there are many people who log in every day, therefore would be entered into each weekly tournament. This would leave people playing in many different ones, depending how long the whole tournament lasted.

Secondly, not having a limit on the number of players is a very bad idea in my opinion. There are thousands that log in each week. If you have say, a one week for each round, you could face up to two months for the whole tournament to be completed. This would cause people to lose interest, and the tournament wouldn't finish. If your idea were to be used, there would have to be a cap on how many people could enter. Possibly have a link like for the current tournaments?

yh ok then well u could have a limit but have a much higher limit, and if you was going to do no limit then to stop people losing interset it could be like 50 ranking poits to winner

How about the top 100 most users, becuase most users come on once a day at leas so how about you have 1 game 2 days to complete it take around a week and half to 2 weeks to complete the whole thing, that way it doesnt have a huge streth of 1000 people and becuase they are the most popular users throughout the week this means they 'should' be around to play the game.

personally i dont like the idea we already have the daily tournaments and it would overflow even if it was capped it would take ages just keep to the tournies we have

How about a tourny for people that have never won one before! It could be just like any other tourny just it would be capped as to whether you had won one before or not, and once you won that tourny you would no longer be able to compete in it. Giving people (like me) i chance instead of getting knocked out by a professional or a vituoso all the time ha. I feel it would bring more interest into the game for the lower ranked people something to aim for. Finally it could also be displayed as an amateur tourny win on the persons profile!
Anyone else agree?
