couldnt we do like a tournament were u get like 10-20 people and do it like a table ranking.

you could play like two games a week against different people. (if you are not clear with me sort of like the premierleague).

then you could select what game type and people could play once a week. and if they are not online it is a disqualification.

you could play everyone twice so it would 19 weeks.

and say the winner gets some sort of custom design for his homepage or something or any other suggestions like a trophy.

also, a win could be 3 points, and like a half century is an extra point a loss is 0 points. and you could play the best of 3 games

nice idea but people might not be on at the same time like with some example leagues in the past.

and 19 week is too long for a tournament and it is classed as a league so it wouldnt be in the tourament page.

i like aspects of this. For a decent league to finish properly i think it needs to be run by the actual funkysnooker,

and i dont think it is too long, i think it is the perfect reward for consistent players not just people who set up an account for two weeks then change and claim to be genuine newbies

i would love to play in something like this, and i tried to organise it before, but it didnt work because i had no pwer to make people play games, and if it were organised by the website it would be brilliant. Play 4 frames so can get a win (3-1, 4-0) - 3 points or a draw (2-2) - 1 point, 0 for a loss

I like it, the authority of the FunkySnooker Site running it would help it get finished but I agree with James. 19 weeks is too long.

well, maybe the time length could be shorter, and maybe there could be like leagues, and you could get promoted or something? that would make people stay on here, and also say what league they are in on their profile

You start out in the bottom league and if you win it, get promoted to the one above...? Come on James keep up

Would the leagues be sorted out as Intermediate, Adept, Professional+. You get put in your league by what rank status you are when the leagues are sorted?

Trouble with that is that people who's rank changes then become ineligible for their league and have to start all over again!
