I've decided I really don't like this auto finish, as it solves nothing. If the player leaves the game, then you should have the choice to continue or not to continue, especially if you are on for a high break.

If the opponent leaves the game, it is up to you whether you continue, as if it is an auto end game, it doesn't change anything, as you can stop the game yourself after the next shot.

I would prefer it if this was changed, and would like your points of view as well.

Because you could possible get DQ'ed from the tourny, been mentioed recetly but can't find the thread. Its delibrate in tournys that you can't carry on.

I know this has been mentioned many times b4, and I understand the reason for it, but let's be honest there is no way you could get DQ for it. There is a time warning at the last 5/3/1 minutes left, so if your on a break and you see the time warning come up you can just simply stop the break right there.

I prefer the way it was as you still get a small amount of time to carry on your break after your opponent left. Say if I was on a break of 30-40ish or even 80-90ish I can then force myself to take the shots quicker, and as soon as I get my half cent or cent I will pot the white ball and end the break. But now you have no chance at all, and if I was on a easy cent break and the opponent left, it will be annoying as it has happened a few times already.
