Idle time 15 mins is less , sometimes watching games like finals or semifinals , you get logged out at the interesting part of the game..
I suggest idle time should be enough to watch race to 2 atleast ..

Its a good point. I'm not sure a global increase is necessary though, but perhaps it could be set up so that if you are watching a match you do not get logged out until it is finished (or 15 mins whichever is the longer). Saying that, I believe that in order to keep your connection to the server alive you just have to occasionally preform some interaction with the game window (such as clicking the mouse) so it is unlikely to get very high up the wish list.

Sometimes you are so interested in a match, you forget to click or type to reset the idle time.

does the system put you up a warning, maybe that is the solution? Or you could set your own idle time, up to a limit of say 30 mins?

Two very valid suggestions from pieceofpig. Firstly the warning would be very good, perhaps in the same format as the notice which tells you you have under a minute to get into your tournament match. Secondly I think it will be good to set your own limit, however if you set it too high, and you were genuinely 'idle' then it would become annoying if someone wanted to contact you, and you were 'appearing online'.

thats why i said up to a limit of say 30 mins

status should appear in brackets like tuttu(away) or tuttu(idle) after 15 mins ... but should not be logged out of game server automatically...
I get logged out every other day atleast once... Its annoying ...

tuttu, I can see your point but its pretty easy to stay loged in just a click of a mouse or typing, but also I can see the other side if your really into a game of snooker a tight and imense game then you do just wounder away and forget all about it lol

Maybe get it increased to 30 minutes I think that would be plenty?

It doesn't quite work like that... lol

It is only a small little thing, and small details like these are added in "patches" which happen about once a month.
