Try the following:

Start -> run -> cmd

Then type

ipconfig /flushdns

Then try and log in again, but keep the cmd window open.

If you still have a problem use the cmd window to:

ping www.funkypool.com

And let me know if it can connect.

With the first bit- I get the requested operation requires elevation.

For the second bit- I get ping request could not find host www.funkypool.com. Please check the name and try again.




EDIT: Just pinged funkysnooker and it was fine......though I guess I knew that already as I'm on here.

Try disconnecting and restarting your connection and/or wireless router, that should have the same effect.

EDIT: As you're unable to ping the site it's a network problem, unrelated to browser.

Tried disconnecting the connection earlier and reconnecting to no effect.
Just tried the actual router as well but still getting no joy......

Close any torrents (Limewire, Frostwire, Bittorrent etc.), and stop any downloads altogether. Though I imagine you've already done all that...

No torrents open mate.
Nothing downloading in any form either.

If you do ring your ISP, you might get an answer within the next month after endlessly being given number after number, only to be told the techys will have to fix it - in 2 weeks time.
