since carom petition is made i thought theyre should be an extra original tournament since its been sky high since the snooker world championship and since more people are playing original it wouldnt hurt putting another original tournament into the mix

Much as I would like more original tournaments, you must take notice of the comments on the Carom petition thread (the reasonable ones that is of course). Tournament allocations are decided by Nick based on popularity (determined by games played) and time slots available. Thus, petition threads like this tend to serve little purpose other than provoking arguments (as demonstrated by the aforementioned thread). In fact, some might see it as 'adding fuel to the fire'. There is nothing wrong in making suggestions and debating things like this but at the end of the day the question has been asked and answered.

why is time an issue? that is one thong that has confused me since i have started reading forums in the last two days. why can tournaments not run concurrently or can they? or could somebody please explain to me the time issue?
