dont know if this has been suggested b4 but is seems ps3 and xbox users have the ability to chat using a mic online. could and should this be a possible future addition to fs? any veiws? would be gr8 4 banter

no, only a moderator is able to move it mate.

Has been mentioned before a long time back, my concern would be that abusive, offensive, racist and off putting can't be moderated with use of Mics to the extent typing can be, Xbox Live and PS3 online both have (I would guess) ways of moderating this, but then again they are big businesses.

Sounds like a moderating nightmare with no real benefit to be gained (more of a gimmick - its not like this is an FPS where the audio chat adds to the atmosphere).

Also, we would have to employ refs in the match rooms to ask the audience to be quite and turn off mobile phones etc. - all these things cost money

this comes up quite often, and the two resons already mentioned (moderation and lag) are the resons it won't be included anytime soon.

However, if you want to exchange details so you can use any of the multitude of chat software and sites whilst playing funkysnooker, feel free.
