Just played and beaten someone at a ranked original game. I then signed off as my opposition quit. When I signed back on 15 minutes later, it shows that I have just defaulted a game against him, losing ranking points. How can this happen, when the other player quit the previous game and then I signed off as soon as current game had finished??

Id suggest using 'contact us' mate, so many things can be solved without creating threads. Moan over

The only explanation I can think of is that when your opponent left, you were on a break, therefore the game didn't really end before you ended your break. Then you left while still being on your break, in which case the game could have "forgotten" that it promised you the win, and see that you left during the game instead.
