ok so the thing is
i have xboxlive and when playing games sometimes im unable to do certain things or struggle to do it

this is because my NAT setting is moderate
i want to change it to open but i havent got a clue how to

can anyone help me please

Try Google .

I think you have to change it on your router, but as every router is different i cannot help you i am afraid
