2007/8. Good old days. Standard of play wasn't as high as it is now, but the people were a lot better than now.

Aint saying sorry, but the people back then were easier to talk to and have a laugh with.

would have to agree, the attitude of half the people on here is completely different to when i started playing about 15 months ago. was way less arguing in chat rooms and plenty of banter.

i guess that was inevitable with the growing popularity on the site

thank god theres players like me and fester an rusty

players that were not around in these so called glory days.

i think its been a great year, as leesil i got my first 50 break in febuary and now ive improved.

ive seen loads of players improve on here and i think it has been a very successful year.

its a game and im sure in a few years ill look back and say the best years were when i had the hustlers etc, its natural to reflect on the past and im glad all of you have something to hold on to.

if your all so bored tho or you all think its just rubbish why dont you all stop playing.

thats what i dont understand, easy to stand and moan about it all but you still come back almost every day so really its not all bad.

But yeah people love the game, but boredom is unavoidable, I love woman, but sometimes there boring doesn't mean i'm going to bat for the other team does it?

2007/08 were the glory days, back when it was just the firm and fse, the clans that actually worked and had enough banter make games easy, bring back the days of less tournys and our clans i say, nowadays there just not up to scratch.

all offence intended lol

dont forget the assassins who gave FSE and Firm a run for there money, and still around today. I know we wernt as strong back then as we are now but i still prefer the clans in the old days, classic

for being the most successful year it is for me as i hit my 1st centuries on regular and original and most importantly my 1st maximum in arcade. for other legends like dame, ste_efc, quick_pot, virtuoso107, jay_afc, the_kop, kaison, sean_paul etc they may think different.

Tournments was at a different standard in the old days, with the legends all entering. It was really hard to win a tournament back then as it is now. dont get me wrong, some legends still enter the tournaments and some new strong contenders. I liked the old tournie days where they had orig marathon etc.

very true mike, that was one of the greatest threads, added a lot of vital points. if that thread wasnt made, we mightve never got the 15 red arcade otherwise known as regular.

yes we came in just as the 2 legendary clans was leaving, i think assassins was the last games FSE and Firm ever played in.

Twisting words i see? Never said anything about being bored, just saying the people were better people back then to now. Guess it just happens as the site grows, get more idiots.

We aint moaning, we're just saying in our opinion it was better back then.

How are we 'so called'? We are old school, which is factual.

Yup, bring back the glory days please
